The classic cake smash is a classic, timeless session on an all-white backdrop.

PREMIUM SMASH $445

The premium cake smash is decorated in any theme/color of your choice, whether it be boho chic, Mickey Mouse, Hungry Caterpillar, blue or white.

Frequently Asked Questions about cake smash sessions

WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE A CAKE SMASH SESSION?: You need to schedule your session at least 4 weeks before your child's birthday. This will give us time to discuss the theme/colors for the session.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?: Anything you want! Something to match the color or theme of your session would work best. For girls - rompers, onesies, tutu, or just frilly diaper cover. For boys- solid T's and jeans, rompers, just jeans/no top.
CAN I INCORPORATE SPECIAL PROPS?: Absolutely, This will make the session unique to your family. We will discuss props after you have booked your session.
WHAT IS MY CHILD DOESN'T LIKE THE CAKE?: This does happen. Some children just love the cake and dig right in while others are hesitant. I would highly recommend that you have your child try eating and playing with cake a few days before their session. This will get them to use to the taste and texture before their session. Please also bring some of their favorite small snacks, goldfish/cheerios. We will push these into the back of the cake, your child will want to grab them and eat them.
WILL MUM AND DAD GET MESSY TOO?: You will definitely get messy, you will probably need to show your child that she/he can eat the cake, you will need to keep placing the baby back into the set up after she/he has stood up and walked around, your child may try and hug you. You will get frosting on your clothes so please wear clothes that you don't mind getting messy. I would recommend bringing with your wipes and a spare set of clothes for everyone!
WHERE WILL THE SESSION TAKE PLACE?: All cake smash sessions take place in my Medford, NJ-based studio. My studio is within easy access to Philadelphia, Cherry Hill, and surrounding areas.
